Ace and Queen Sportsbook is a legal
operation,
which has been licensed and bonded with the government
of Antigua.
- Ace and Queen Sportsbook management
waives all membership fees.
- Absolutely no
financial transactions will take place within
the United States, its territories or possessions.
- All information
received will be kept completely confidential.
- There are no service
charges to clients in regards to deposits and
withdrawals. Restrictions apply.
- There is no minimum
deposit to open an account.
- The minimum bet
is US$10; the maximum, dependent on the sport,
is US$1,100 on straight bets, US$500 for combination
bets and US$500 for future and proposition wagers.
Funds MUST be available in your account in order
to wager.
- There is no minimum
account balance.
- Players may open
their accounts with Cashier's Checks, Money Orders,
Credit Cards or Western Union.
- When a player
opts to deposit directly using his credit card,
they will be restricted in regards to withdrawals;
they will be unable to withdraw from his account
until they receive their EFS Account PIN number
via regular mail. This should take between 1-2
weeks after their initial deposit is made.
- Players may close
their accounts at any time.
- When withdrawing
from an account, if the player deposits funds
via credit card, they could only withdraw funds
equal to the amount they initially deposited onto
their credit card. The rest would be sent via
cheque.
- Pay-outs will
be received in the form of cashier's checks or
money orders, bank wires, or cash via Western
Union.
- Management reserves
the right to revise all rules and regulations
at any time without prior notice.
- Management reserves
the right to limit and/or refuse any wager.
- There will be
no refunds, changing of plays or switching of
teams after an official wager has been placed.
- For all league
sports, bets may be made on a home team win, or
road win, unless otherwise stipulated. Parlay
bets are available, and all selections must be
correct in order to win. Overtime counts. In the
event of a tie in an NHL game, or a tie resulting
on any bet placed on a, moving line or point spread,
the game will result in a push and all money will
be returned to the player's account.
- Games are official
after:
NFL AND COLLEGE FOOTBALL-55 minutes of
play.
NBA BASKETBALL-43 minutes of play.
COLLEGE BASKETBALL-35 minutes of play.
NHL AND COLLEGE HOCKEY-55 minutes of play.
BASEBALL-for betting purposes, winners
and losers of games are official after five (5)
innings of play. If the home team is leading,
the game is official after 4 1/2 innings of play.
thereafter, if a game is called or suspended,
the winner is determined by the score after the
last full inning,unless the home team scores to
tie or take the lead in the bottom half of the
inning, in which case the winner is determined
by the score at the time the game is called.When
wagering on total runs or run lines, the game
must go 9 innings or 8.5 innings if the home team
is ahead, to have action.Thereafter, if a game
is called or suspended, the score will be determined
after the last full inning unless the home team
scores to tie or take the lead in the bottom half
of the inning, in which case the winner is determined
by the score at the time the game is called. Listed
pitchers must start for action in totals wagering,
rules for baseball proposition bets and run line
bets are the same as those for baseball totals.
BOXING-(professional and amateur)-when
the bell is sounded signifying the start of the
opening round, the bout is considered official
for betting purposes, regardless of the scheduled
length, weight, classification or championship
sanction. Fights must go within one (1) week of
the specified date to have action unless otherwise
noted.
GOLF- For match up betting all of the players
listed in the match up bet offer must tee off
for your bet to have action. The player with the
most completed holes wins. If the players complete
the same number of holes, then the player with
the lowest score wins. If the players are still
tied then the winner will be deemed for betting
purposes the player who scored the lowest score
in the last round played and so on, until a winner
is found.
Motorsport / Auto Racing - Races must be
run within one week of the scheduled date for
your bet to have action.
- In the
event that the driver or team a customer bets
upon for the outright championship does not start
the race, the bet is considered actioned (no refunds
on the bet). - The official winner at the conclusion
of the race will be the winner for betting purposes.
- Both drivers in a match up wager must start
the race for the bet to have action.
SOCCER- in order to place your Ace and Queen Sportsbook bet correctly, you must predict the result
of at least one (1) game: either a win by the
home team, a winby the visiting team, or a draw.
The player can of course, bet a parlay (or "combo"),
but must get all the selections correct in the
parlay column. For bets on soccer, the result
of the game is decided after 90 minutes of play
or at the end of extra time. Shootouts are not
taken into consideration for soccer bets unless
otherwise stipulated.
- For non U.S. sports
(as defined by Ace and Queen Sportsbook), if any match, game,
or other event is interrupted or abandoned, then
the result at the time of the interruption is
valid, providing play is neither continued nor
resumed within 48 hours.
- For bets on soccer,
the result of the game is decided after 90 minutes
of play plus penalty time. Extra time/Overtime/Golden
Goal is not taken into consideration for soccer
bets unless otherwise stipulated.
- For Cricket games,
if the match is shortened by the weather, bets
will be governed by the official competition rules.
- For Rugby Games,
if any match is abandoned or postponed all bets
will be void, except bets on the first try scorer
if a try has been scored prior to abandonment.
- For Tennis Match
betting, in the event of a match starting but
not being completed, the player progressing to
the next round will be deemed the winner. In the
event of any of the following circumstances taking
place all bets will stand: (i) a change of playing
surface, (ii) a change of venue or (iii) a change
from indoor court to outdoor court or vice versa.
- Parlays (also
known as Multiples) This is a bet of 2 or more
teams (selections) or propositions in no particular
order. All teams wagered on in a parlay must win.
If there is a tie, or "no action" among the selections
made, the parlay reverts down to the next lowest
number for payoff. In the case of a 2-team parlay,
it will revert down to a straight wager.
